Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, no changes or cancellations are possible. Orders are processed and prepared for shipping immediately, which means we are unable to modify or cancel them after checkout.
Returns

- In their original packaging
- In the same condition as received
Items showing signs of use, damage, or tampering are not eligible for return.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
